Cancel an Order

Time Window for Returns

You may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order. If you contact us for a return after 30 days, we may not be able to process your request.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return package arrives safely.

Refund Processing Time

It may take up to 2-3 business days to process your refund once we receive your return package. Refunds may take an additional 10-15 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer’s policies.
